The East County terrain comprises of gentle foothills, majestic mountains, historic mining and 600,000-acre Anza Borrego Desert State Park giving nature-lovers plenty of options be it hiking, camping, fishing or admiring the wildlife.

The scenic beauty in the North County is just as fascinating with a booming agricultural community.  Flowers and grape vines decorate the landscape with the later responsible for superb wines, which are available at the best restaurants in the region.
